Our turn-around time from the beginning of your construction process to receiving your completion certificate averages around 8 weeks.<\/p>\n

All our construction is passed to the satisfaction of Building Control which results in you receiving your all-important completion certificate, together with the relevant Gas Safe and Electrical Part P certificates should they be required for your project.<\/p>\n

All materials that Hillcroft craft from are sourced from reputable merchants that specialise in the given materials they supply. All materials, whether it be structural C24 timber, U value rated Celotex insulation boards or fire rated doors, all are subject to Building Regulations and where appropriate are calculated on their structural merit through their given engineer reports.<\/p>\n

This insures the materials used always meet the highest standard of what is expected.
