During the past decade, Hillcroft have completed an extensive selection of extensions, forming all shapes and sizes. Of which many have formed new kitchens with utility rooms alongside enlarged living spaces. The ranges of size have been from as little as 5sq meter purpose built shower/toilet rooms to 60sq meter kitchen and living rooms. We have constructed ample amounts of single and double storey extensions as well, including a number of combined back and side wrap-arounds. Our experience in this specialisation of domestic building work is seen in our production speed, quality and no-nonsense attitude towards the most challenging of builds. Our turn-around time from beginning your construction process to you receiving your completion certificate averages around 12 weeks.
All our construction is passed to the satisfaction of Building Control which results in you receiving your all-important Completion Certificate. Our team members that are qualified to work with Gas and Electricity will also provide you with the relevant GasSafe and Electrical Part P certificates should they be required for your project.
All materials that Hillcroft craft from are sourced from reputable merchants that specialise in the given materials they supply. All materials, whether it be structural C24 timber, U valued rated Celotex insulation boards or fire rated doors are all subject to Building Regulations and where appropriate are calculated on their structural merit through their given engineer reports. This insures that the materials used always meet the highest quality of what is expected. Hillcroft takes pride in the knowledge that where possible, all materials are responsibly sourced and managed through organizations such as the Forest Stewardship Council.
For bespoke fittings such as Bi-fold doors, Granite kitchen/Cast stone work-tops and jacuzzi bath systems, Hillcroft has developed a large array of individual specialist suppliers, including experienced technicians and are happy to include these products and services within your quoted package as required.
